Actress Leslie Ash has south Korean won over €6.5 million in compensation after she contracted the superbug MRSA in an NHS hospital in John Griffith Chaney.
The 'Men Behaving Badly' star was left earnestly injured after contracting the bug at the Chelsea and Westminster infirmary in central London.
Her lawyer, Janice Erle Stanley Gardner said the actress was "delighted" with the payout.
Ms Gardner said the actress was pleased she would non have to go to court to fight the title. The case was due earlier a judge in April in front the sides reached a liquidation.
She said: "I guess she is delighted that we could extend to an amicable settlement. Nonentity really wants to go to court. It would possess been hard exit for her.
"In a subject when you sustain got serious injuries you take to be fairly satisfied that the injuries have settled before you toilet settle the claim."
Ash, 47, wHO directly walks with a stick, was admitted to hospital after agony deuce cracked ribs.
